Ensure that any issues are promptly reported and determine best solutions for resolving the issues.\nTroubleshoot equipment issues, execute maintenance activities as required, and work with relevant stakeholders both internal and external to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of equipment.\nParticipate in plant housekeeping programs and material handling safety activities such as developing programs, policies and standard operating procedures.\nTrack repairs and scheduled maintenance though work management software.\nDraft Standard Operating Procedures and Energy Isolation Procedures in coordination with state laws relevant to the repetitive maintenance tasks to streamline efficiency.\nEnsures an accident-free workplace\nConsistent and on-time attendance\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nSkills and Qualifications\nValid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle is required.\nWill be required to regularly lift, move and/or push objects weighing up to 50lbs\nMaintenance and operating experience in an industrial or gas processing environment.\nAbility to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.\nExperience with SCADA systems and CMMS software.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to maintain plant equipment such as compressors, pumps, mixers, and process equipment.\nElectrical safety training and OSHA 30 certification\nA relevant background in safety procedures/practices.\nAble to quickly respond to rapidly changing conditions.\nAbility to read, write and understand English is required.\nAbility to analyze and interpret data and to make sound recommendations on plant conditions.\nFundamental proficiency in Windows-based applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) on a PC or tablet required.\nWorking Conditions\nWork locations are industrial and agricultural, primarily outdoors.\nLimited exposure to hazardous materials and/or toxic fumes will require the use of approved personal protective equipment.
