Mentor staff with less experience.\n\nEffectively communicate technical issues in a manner all can understand.\n\nResearch and employ contemporary software development techniques to ensure quality and improve velocity of the team.\n\nUnderstand and comply with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures; verify that deliverables meet requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of eight years related work experience, with at least two years of software development experience.\n\nUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.\n\nExperience designing and developing cross-platform applications with React Native.\n\nExperience building cloud-native applications and services using AWS and serverless technologies.\n\nExperience integrating native iOS capabilities, Apple frameworks, and third-party SDKs within React Native applications.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
