You'll be responsible for creating cutting-edge endpoint solutions that guarantee the secure and efficient deployment and support of Windows 11 devices throughout our enterprise. Join us and be part of a team that makes tech magic happen!\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPartner with the Hardware Asset Management team to validate provisioned devices before new hire classes, ensuring successful enrollment, provisioning, and application installation readiness.\nCollaborate and support Global Tech Center, Executive support, EUO and application teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations.\nWork closely with Application teams to validate and perform end-to-end testing of new and updated ESP applications deployed through Intune and Patch My PC, ensuring successful installation and functionality during device provisioning and enrollment.\nValidated new hardware platforms for enterprise readiness, including BIOS, firmware, driver compatibility, and peripheral testing prior to deployment.\nLead the design, deployment, and management of Windows 11 environments using Microsoft Intune.\nDevelop and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment strategies.\nUnderstanding of the complexities associated with Microsoft networking requirements, including Entra AD, Intune, and Azure. \nMonitor and optimize device performance, patch management, and user experience.\nProvide Tier 3 support for escalated issues related to Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD), and Intune-managed devices.\nStay current with Microsoft's roadmap and best practices for Windows and Intune.\nDocument technical procedures, configurations, and standards.\n\nQualifications And Skills\n\nMinimum 8 years of experience in platform architecture, software development, or enterprise system design.\nBachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, or a Master's degree/Diploma in Computer Science.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, AVD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Additionally, knowledge of OKTA and Zscaler is beneficial. \nStrong knowledge of Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and Windows security hardening.\nExperience with Autopilot, BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access.\nFamiliarity with SCCM, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-500, or AZ-104.\nKnowledge of ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.\nExperience in enterprise environments with 10,000+ endpoints.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and documentation abilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nPassion for continuous learning and innovation.\n\nLocation\n\nThis role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India.
