Through hands-on projects, capstones, and rotational experiences, you’llstrengthen both your technical expertiseand leadership capabilities.\nThe Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed for graduating students ready to begin their careers in technology.Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gaining exposure to different business areas, data domains, and analytical challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time.\nIn this program, you will:\nAnalyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that support business decisions\n\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key trends and outcomes\n\nPartner with business and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into analytical solutions\n\nApply data management and governance principles to ensure data accuracy and integrity\n\nUse tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud-based platforms to support analytics work\n\nDeliver insights that influence business strategy and improve client and operational outcomes\n\nTake ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-impact results\n\nCollaborate across teams, share insights, and drive solutions in a supportive environment\n\nBuild a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers\n\nMeet regularly with your department manager and program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship\n\nWhat it takes:\nBachelor's or relevant advanced degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative or analytical field\n\nStrong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions\n\nFamiliarity with analytical tools or technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)\n\nDemonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and ability to take ownership of work\n\nStrong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment\n\nCumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred\n\nSpecial Factors:\nVanguard is not offeringvisasponsorship for this position.\n\nThis position will begin in 2027 and students graduating in December 2026or Spring 2027 are encouraged to apply.\n\nOur Total Rewards package reflects our commitment to you and your family’s well-being - both for today and for the future.
