May supervise office/field administrative staff or project/field engineers and other assigned staff.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nAssists in developing project specific procedures, documentation and related A/E systems for the project\nKnowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirements\nObtains, maintains, and manages data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, and other project-related entities\nManagement of project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project closeout\nRuns project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses\nCoordinating and monitoring activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities\nPerforms other duties as required\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree required, with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical discipline preferred. \nMinimum of 3 years of construction project management experience in the Education Sector, including experience performing Assistant Project Manager-level responsibilities, is required.\n2+ years of experience working on DSA public education projects required.\nKnowledge and application of project development, design-phase management, construction estimating and cost, project controls and scheduling, documentation, and engineering and construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices are required.
