Provide variousschedule-related reports for upper management to meet Key Performance Milestones.\nAssist in the supervision of Project Schedulers to ensure project timelines are met and interface with OARs, Senior Project Managers and other site staff related to the review of CPM schedules.\nIndependently interpret and read detailed construction drawings (Architectural, Structural,Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.) and develop a clear understanding of work scope.\nReview Contractor P6 initial Baseline Construction Schedules and identify any missing scope, identify any missing logic or milestones, identify and analyze the critical path, review the required cost loading, and be able to provide written technical schedule review comments based onstructured review templates.\nReview multiple Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and provide written schedule reviewcomments that document milestone schedule slippage, critical path activity slippage, and provideover-all schedule analysis based on structured review templates.\nPerform schedule Time Impact Analysis by using the method of Windows Analysis whileincorporating either contemporaneous and/or forensic schedule parameters in a detailed write-up.\nRead drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understand terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.\nEffectively communicate with the project team regarding any schedule/progress related issues orconcerns at regular schedule meetings.\nDevelop, maintain, and update various program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects.\nPerform status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a regular basis.\nEnsure proper use of Program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure dataintegrity.\nPrepare reports as needed and directed by Senior Management.\nVisit construction sites and attend meetings, as needed, and check the Contractor’s monthlyschedule progress.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nGraduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in constructionmanagement, engineering, architecture or any related fieldOR Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in any course, but with additional four (4) years of experience in the duties to compensate forthe required education.\n\nMinimum ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in an educational facility or public works projects\nProficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nSuperior organizational and planning skills\nAbility to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff\nUnderstanding of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering, scheduling and scheduleforensics\nBenefits\nVanir offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes 401(k) Savings with employer matching contributions, medical, dental, vision, health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions, life, AD&D and disability benefits, flexible spending account (FSA), voluntary benefits, Teladoc, pet insurance, paid time off, national employee assistance program (EAP) and employee referral program.\nHow to Apply\nIf you're interested in working for Vanir please visit our website to learn more and to apply online at www.vanir.com.\nVEVRAA Federal Contractor\nRequest Priority Protected Veteran Referrals\nEOE Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled\nContact Email: \nPersons with medical limitations may, with reasonable accommodations, be capable of performing the duties of this position.
