Originally launched to give homeowners a modern way to pay assessments, it's now evolving into a full payment ecosystem spanning multiple modalities, deeper core platform integration, and B2C services, amenity payments, and marketplace rails.\nAs Implementation Consultant for Payments, you'll own the full onboarding lifecycle for Vantaca Pay clients - from pre-go-live setup through 60-day post-launch adoption. Your job is removing friction at every step: unblocking restricted accounts, ensuring homeowners log in and stay engaged, communicating fee changes, and delivering training that sticks. You'll work closely with our cross-functional Vantaca Implementation and Customer Success partners, and internally as a member of our Financial Services operations team.\nExpectations for Success\nEnsure 100% on-time customer implementations\nSuccessful onboardings driving 60%+ homeowner portal engagement post-go live\nEnsure KYC compliance upon go live, limiting restricted bank accounts\nSuccessful trainings driving customer NPS > 50\nResponsibilities\nOwn Stripe setup, KYC onboarding, and portal configuration for each client launch\nDiagnose and resolve restricted account issues that block go-live\nConfigure fee structures and payment method settings with clients\nDeliver comprehensive training to client teams and end-users\nDrive homeowner adoption through proactive outreach and follow-up communications\nTrack 30-60 day post-launch adoption metrics and escalate blockers early\nServe as primary escalation point for implementation-related support issues\nMaintain client relationships and gather feedback on implementation friction\nCollaborate with Core Vantaca Implementation team, Financial Services operations, and internal stakeholders\nDocument learnings and create automations that scale implementation efficiency\nRequirements\n2+ years in implementation, project management, or related client-facing function at a software/fintech company or technical consulting firm \nDemonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding with multiple stakeholders\nTrack record of owning customer outcomes from launch through stabilization\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities\nComfortable learning new software systems quickly\nProficiency with project management and communication tools (Asana, HubSpot)\nExposure to automation tools, AI workflows, and technical tools (e.g., SQL) \nClear, professional communication with clients and internal teams\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent launches\nProblem-solving mindset and willingness to debug issues yourself\nConfident leading training sessions and client calls\nOwnership mentality and accountability for customer outcomes\nCore Values\nAlways Growing: Likes change and enjoys finding new ways to improve their knowledge and the platform. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience and qualifications.
