These honors affirm our persistent dedication to setting industry standards.\nRole Highlights\nThe Screen Printer Loader is responsible for setting up screen printing equipment and loading garments for production to ensure accurate alignment and high-quality prints. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in operating printing machinery. The Screen Printer Loader must have experience in screen printing or related fields, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nSet up and calibrate screen printing equipment for production runs.\nLoad garments onto the press, ensuring precise alignment and positioning.\nConduct quality checks on garments before printing to maintain company standards.\nCollaborate with the screen print team to optimize workflow efficiency.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area surrounding the press.\nAssist in routine maintenance and cleaning of screen-printing equipment.\nAdhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.\nRequirements\nIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
