This approach empowers each member of the team to drive high- impact decisions and even more impactful results.\nPosition Description\nVantage is looking for an ambitious Quality& CommissioningManager(QCx ProgramManager)to drive excellence and quality in construction, coordinating efforts across a wide spectrum of ongoing construction projects,departmentsand supplychain.\nTheQCxProgram ManagermustrepresentVantage anddriveQuality and Commissioning efforts across the project from design to turnover.Itis expectedthat the Quality Manager will behave as a role model andact asanambassadorof Quality, Safety and Commissioning best practicesin all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.\nMust be able to foster a positive and collaborative working environment with the team, as well as performing the role of ‘Critical Friend’ whenneeded.\nEssential Job Functions\nTheQuality & Commissioning Program Manager role focuses on leading project commissioning strategy and ensuring consistent, safe, and compliant execution. Core functions include providing technical leadership, driving process innovation, and embedding best practices into commissioning workflows. The position oversees commissioning plans, schedules, and protocols; managesCxAlloyadoption and documentation; and coordinates third-party partnerships and issue resolution.Additionalresponsibilities includemaintaininglessons learned, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring operational teams areprofessionally trained.\nKeyResponsibilities:\nOverseethe usage ofCxAlloyacross campus buildings and ensurecompany and projectprotocols areadhered to.\n\nMonitor the documentation of testing and inspections related to quality and commissioning.\n\nCoordinate the RFP process and oversee contract management for3rdparty firmsand consultants.\n\nManage issue resolution and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.\n\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and project requirements.\n\nPrepare comprehensive reports and ensure proper training for operational teams.\n\nFacilitate the mentoring of core Vantage team members within the area of quality and commissioning process.\n\nDriveknowledgetransfer of quality and commissioning procedures to Vantage team members and project stakeholders.\n\nOversee the developmentand implementationofcommissioning plans, schedules, and protocols.\n\nCoordinate with design and construction teams to integrate commissioning requirements into project workflows.\n\nProvide technical leadership around quality and commissioning of applicable systems.\n\nContribute to innovation in execution of design, installation, start-up, and commissioning to improve efficiency whilemaintainingbest in class safety.\n\nProvide coaching on best practices for safety with respect to commissioning activities.\n\nMaintain program wide lessons learned communication with peers and drive the transfer of knowledge to all active project teams.\n\nJob Requirements\nA Bachelor of Science in either Construction Management,Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalentexperience.\n\n5+ years of experience inCommissioning,Construction Management, Automation Systems,ProcessManagement,or related industries.\n\nExpected travel is less than25% butmay grow and evolve overtime.\n\nWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
