Detailed planning and execution management to accommodate a wide team member knowledge base will be necessary. Your responsibility will include ensuring that programmatic outcomes are being met, establishing clear communications across teams, and driving improvement in quality. This role is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can adapt to change as the organization scales.\nEssential Job Functions\nStructure and facilitate major project workshops to document project scope, verify and align project assumptions, lessons learned, and provide feedback loops for specification modification/updates\n\nLead approval gating process and feedback between project managers and internal customers\n\nIntegrated planning to coordinate cross-project activities and objectives\n\nConsolidate portfolio reporting to Leadership for design development status\n\nDocument control in both SharePoint\n\nWork closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather and analyze cost and schedule data for executive summary presentations.\n\nBuild executive summary presentations for key leadership and executive meetings to highlight key construction initiatives and progress.\n\nParticipate in project meetings to assist in the preparation of financial updates and support project planning by the Project Controls team.\n\nFind opportunities for process improvements in the presentation of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.\n\nImplement standard methodologies and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\n\nStay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction\n\nServe as trusted partner to SVP, Construction, providing objective counsel and strategic construction insights.\n\nConduct research, analyze data, and prepare briefings to support informed decision-making.\n\nImplement effective program management practices ensuring completion of initiatives.\n\nBuild and maintain client & project collaborator relationships.\n\nAdditional duties as assigned by Management.\n\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s from a complimentary industry/sector.\n\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, or a related role, preferably in the data center or technology industry.\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint skills are required\n\nConstruction industry job cost experience is desired but not a requirement\n\nStrong analytical and financial modeling skills.\n\nAbility to distill large datasets into a succinct presentation, summarize date through pivot tables, etc.\n\nExcellent knowledge of process performance evaluation and change management principles\n\nSharepoint knowledge strongly preferred\n\nAbility to analyze complex business concepts and documents\n\nAbility to effectively respond to critical issues, complex inquiries, or complaints\n\nProvide a high-level of commitment to customer service with co-workers and team members\n\nSkilled at solving problems and looking after a variety of options with limited information\n\nExcellent communication skills with clear and timely communication\n\nSuccessful candidate must be a great teammate and able to work with a variety of people.\n\nThis position requires an organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and to prioritize work effort, all with minimal direction.\n\nTravel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves\n\nWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
