Vantage’s business is growing exponentially, through a combination of greenfield market expansion and acquisitions.\nPosition Overview\nThe Technical Program Director leads enterprise-level, multi-domain programs across EMEA Operations, supporting Site Operations, Reliability Engineering, Project Execution, and Customer Experience.\nThis role operates at a systems and portfolio level, aligning sequencing across concurrent initiatives and shaping execution strategy for complex, critical, infrastructure and cross-functional efforts. The Lead TPM is accountable for defining program architecture, anticipating systemic integration and reliability risks, and advising operational leaders on tradeoffs that impact scalability and delivery predictability.\nOperating with minimal oversight, the Lead TPM sets direction within the program management domain and contributes directly to short- and mid-term operational strategy execution.\nEssential Job Functions\nEnterprise Program Architecture & Execution Strategy\nLead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs that span multiple operational functions and intersecting systems\nDefine execution architecture including sequencing strategy, cross-program dependency alignment, and integration gating models\nAlign prioritization and sequencing across concurrent initiatives to reduce systemic risk and execution conflicts\nEstablish structured program governance frameworks for high-impact initiatives\nDrive alignment across functional leaders on scope boundaries, sequencing tradeoffs, and resource implications\nCross-Program Systems Integration & Risk Leadership\nEvaluate and prioritize complex interdependencies across concurrent programs to optimize integration timing and reduce systemic risk\nAnticipate scaling constraints, reliability exposure, and operational friction points that extend beyond a single initiative\nProactively surface cross-functional tradeoffs affecting sequencing, capacity, or operational readiness\nFacilitate resolution of high-impact conflicts that require alignment among senior operational and technical leaders\nEnsure enterprise-level readiness, validation, and mitigation strategies are defined for programs with broad operational impact\nExecutive Advisory & Influence\nServe as accountable program lead for initiatives with significant operational and executive visibility\nAdvise senior operational and technical leaders on sequencing strategy, feasibility constraints, and integration tradeoffs\nPresent executive-ready updates that quantify systemic risk, operational impact, and decision implications\nShape fact-based recommendations to influence prioritization and execution strategy\nTPM Standards & Delivery Maturity\nDefine and continuously improve TPM standards, frameworks, and execution best practices\nMentor and guide Technical Program Managers on program structure, sequencing discipline, and risk mitigation rigor\nElevate delivery maturity across EMEA Operations through consistent program architecture and governance improvements\nProgram Direction & Domain Leadership\nOperate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments, defining structure where none exists\nMake significant domain-level decisions affecting program sequencing, risk posture, and delivery outcomes\nExercise independent judgment in resolving complex cross-functional challenges\nAdditional Duties\nHandle additional duties as assigned by management\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related technical discipline and/or equivalent experience required\nAdvanced degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience preferred\nExperience\n15+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs\nDemonstrated experience managing enterprise-level initiatives with multiple intersecting workstreams\nExperience influencing senior operational and technical stakeholders\nExperience resolving systemic integration challenges and cross-program dependencies\nWorking knowledge of data centre infrastructure models and operational reliability frameworks preferred\nExperience supporting automation-enabled or AI-driven operational environments preferred\nSkills\nAdvanced systems thinking with ability to evaluate interdependencies across concurrent programs\nStrong sequencing and execution architecture capability\nAbility to identify and mitigate systemic risk across multi-domain initiatives\nExecutive-level communication and influence without direct authority\nAbility to resolve cross-functional conflicts affecting sequencing and delivery\nOperates effectively in ambiguous environments and defines structure for complex initiatives\nTravel required is expected to be up to 20%, but may increase over time as business evolves\nWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
