We provide engineering, finance, and FinOps teams with the tools they need to make informed decisions about their cloud infrastructure and ultimately their business.\nWe're a fast-growing, remote-first company building products for some of the most innovative technology companies in the world.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Growth Engineer (Marketing) to help build the next generation of AI-powered marketing and growth systems at Vantage.\nWe're rethinking how a modern marketing organization operates. Rather than relying on traditional, manual processes to execute campaigns, manage marketing operations, and generate pipeline, we're building AI agents and automated workflows that allow our team to operate more efficiently and at greater scale.\nWe've already begun deploying AI-powered systems across demand generation, RevOps, social media, and outbound prospecting. Now we're looking for someone who can build on that foundation, create new capabilities, and help us push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.\nThis is a highly hands-on role at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and growth. You'll design, build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automation that directly impact how Vantage acquires and engages customers.\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, experimenting with new technologies, and building practical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You don't need to come from a traditional marketing background, but you should understand how technology can be used to accelerate growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild AI-powered growth systems: Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows that support demand generation, outbound prospecting, campaign execution, and marketing operations.\n\nOwn marketing automation infrastructure: Integrate AI systems with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing and sales platforms to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.\n\nDevelop intelligent agents: Build and optimize agents capable of performing tasks such as account research, prospect identification, personalized outreach, campaign creation, and performance analysis.\n\nScale outbound and pipeline generation: Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop automated prospecting workflows, improve targeting, and increase qualified pipeline.\n\nAutomate campaign execution: Create systems that can launch, monitor, test, and optimize marketing campaigns with appropriate human review and approval processes.\n\nConnect product and marketing data: Build workflows that leverage product updates, customer insights, and CRM data to inform marketing activities and improve personalization.\n\nExperiment with emerging AI technologies: Evaluate new models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and automation platforms to identify opportunities for improving our growth engine.\n\nMeasure and optimize performance: Build monitoring, reporting, and feedback loops to evaluate the effectiveness, reliability, and business impact of automated systems.\n\nEnsure reliability and quality: Implement safeguards, testing, monitoring, and approval processes that keep automated workflows accurate, secure, and aligned with Vantage's brand.\n\nCollaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to identify opportunities where technology can eliminate manual work or unlock new growth capabilities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing technology, automation engineering, or a related technical role.\n\nDemonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, automated workflows, or LLM-based applications.\n\nProficiency with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.\n\nExperience working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI workflow development.\n\nExperience with automation tools and AI development platforms.\n\nAbility to design, build, debug, and maintain reliable automated systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.\n\nComfort working independently, rapidly prototyping ideas, and iterating based on performance data.\n\nStrong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\n\nA kind person\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building AI-powered growth, sales, or marketing automation systems.\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, or similar GTM technology platforms.\n\nExperience with automated prospecting, lead enrichment, account-based marketing, or outbound sales workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, lead generation, and pipeline metrics.\n\nExperience with data pipelines, SQL, analytics platforms, or CRM data models.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or FinOps.\n\nExperience with AI agent evaluation, observability, and production monitoring.\n\nExperience working at an early-stage or high-growth technology
