Duties may vary based on assignment and business needs.\nManage daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation \nSupervise, train, and support service technicians to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met \nEnsure repairs, installations, and service work are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements \nServe as a point of contact for service-related customer concerns and resolutions \nMonitor service performance metrics and implement process improvements \nMaintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures \nCoordinate with other departments to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience \nPrevious experience in a service, manufacturing, production, or automotive-related environment \nStrong technical, mechanical, or service management skills relevant to mobility or vehicle service operations \nRequired certifications or licenses: Valid driver’s license; additional technical certifications as applicable \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious supervisory or management experience \nExperience in mobility equipment, vehicle upfitting, or automotive service operations \nFamiliarity with service management systems and scheduling software \nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nStrong leadership and team management skills \nAbility to troubleshoot technical and service-related issues \nExcellent organizational and time-management skills \nEffective communication and customer service abilities \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods \nAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds \nAbility to work safely around machinery, tools, and manufacturing equipment \nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWork is performed in an environment that may include exposure to manufacturing equipment, moving mechanical parts, noise, fumes, or varying temperatures, depending on the role.\nSAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION\nThis position is designated as safety-sensitive.
