you're their go-to, day in and day out\nLead delivery all phases of managed service engagements, from onboarding through continuous improvement cycles\nRun process workshops and strategic conversations around sales, service, marketing automation, and operations\nProactively identify opportunities to improve and expand what Salesforce is doing for your clients, don't wait to be asked\nKeep deliverables on track, on time, and high quality\nJump into pre-sales conversations and help shape proposals when needed\nHelp the team grow by sharing what you know and brainstorming solutions together\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years in a Salesforce consulting role\nOne or more Salesforce certs: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation\nA background in a regulated industry is a big plus\nYou're Probably a Great Fit If You...\nActually enjoy the relationship side of the job just as much as the technical side\nAre proactive -
