The team partners closely with leaders across the business to translate strategy into execution, strengthen enterprise capabilities, and ensure initiatives are clearly understood and effectively adopted at scale.\nPosition Overview\nThis position will be based on-site at our office in Denver, CO, in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).\nThe Product Program Manager, Strategy & Transformation, North America serves as a critical execution and integration partner across the Strategy & Transformation organization. This role combines product management, program management, business analysis, process improvement, organizational enablement, and portfolio management disciplines to help transform strategic priorities into scalable business outcomes.\nThis individual is responsible for maintaining visibility across the Strategy & Transformation portfolio, documenting requirements, capturing evolving business processes, managing project and product backlogs, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring leaders have the information necessary to make informed decisions.\nThe Product Program Manager serves as a central coordination point across Strategic Programs, Enterprise Adoption & Enablement, Data Science, Process Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, Finance, People & Culture, and other business stakeholders. The role helps ensure initiatives move efficiently from concept through execution while preserving organizational knowledge, driving transparency, and creating repeatable operating practices.\nThis role is ideal for a highly organized systems thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can balance strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.\nEssential Job Functions\nProduct & Portfolio Management\nManage and maintain an integrated portfolio backlog across Strategy & Transformation initiatives, enhancement requests, strategic priorities, and operational improvements.\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business needs.\n\nTranslate business opportunities and challenges into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteria.\n\nFacilitate prioritization activities and help leaders balance competing demands across multiple teams.\n\nEstablish and maintain scalable intake, governance, and prioritization processes.\n\nProgram Management & Execution\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, dependency maps, milestones, action logs, risk registers, and status reporting.\n\nFacilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, steering committees, and project reviews.\n\nIdentify, track, and escalate risks, blockers, and key decisions.\n\nDrive accountability and execution discipline across multiple workstreams.\n\nSupport strategic planning cycles, operating reviews, and quarterly business reviews.\n\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nConduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to gather and document requirements.\n\nDevelop business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nSupport solution evaluation, scoring, sprint planning and implementation planning.\n\nPartner with Data Science, Technology, and business teams to validate business needs and expected outcomes.\n\nEnsure documentation remains current as initiatives evolve.\n\nProcess Documentation & Organizational Knowledge Management\nDocument current-state and future-state processes, workflows, operating models, and governance structures.\n\nCreate and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, implementation guides, decision logs, and lessons learned repositories.\n\nCapture what worked, what did not work, and recommended improvements for future initiatives.\n\nEstablish a central source of truth for Strategy & Transformation project and process documentation.\n\nSupport operational excellence, process improvement, and standardization efforts across the organization.\n\nCommunication, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement\nDevelop executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates.\n\nCreate clear stakeholder communications regarding project progress, upcoming decisions, risks, and milestones.\n\nSupport change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts.\n\nPartner closely with Adoption & Enablement and Content Creation resources to communicate strategic initiatives effectively.\n\nEnsure leaders and stakeholders have visibility into priorities, progress, and outcomes.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve execution, governance, communication, prioritization, and reporting practices.\n\nLeverage lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to improve future delivery approaches.\n\nPromote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.\n\nSupport the implementation of automation, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives where appropriate.\n\nDrive ongoing improvements to portfolio management and project delivery processes.\n\nJob Requirements\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n\nExperience:\n10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Strategy, Consulting, or related disciplines.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex and rapidly changing environment.\n\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and process workflows.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise technology implementations, organizational transformation initiatives, or business process improvements.\n\nExperience creating executive-level communications, reporting, and presentations.\n\nExperience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.\n\nSkills:\nStrong product, program, and project management capabilities.\n\nExcellent business analysis and requirements gathering skills.\n\nStrong process mapping, workflow design, and documentation experience.\n\nExceptional organizational and prioritization skills.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities.\n\nAbility to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.\n\nComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.\n\nAbility to influence without direct authority.\n\nTools:\nAdvanced PowerPoint and executive presentation design skills.\n\nMicrosoft Project, ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.\n\nSharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.\n\nVisio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar process mapping applications.\n\nPower BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.\n\nFamiliarity with workflow automation technologies such as Power Automate or similar platforms.\n\nTravel: Travel is expected to be up to 10-15%, including domestic and occasional international trips.\nPhysical Demands and
