position below:\n\nJob Title: Recruiter Trainee (NYSC) \n\nLocation: Lekki, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nDepartment: Recruitment / Human Resources\n\nOverview\n\n We are seeking motivated and people-oriented Corp Members to join our Recruitment Team and receive practical training in recruitment and talent acquisition.\n\n The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in candidate, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job posting and recruitment coordination, with guidance from experienced recruiters.\n\nKey Responsibilties\n\n Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.\n\n Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.\n\n Contact candidates and conduct initial screening conversations.\n\n Schedule interviews and follow up with\n\n Candidates throughout the recruitment process.\n\n Post and manage job vacancies across relevant platforms.\n\n Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.\n\n Assist with preparing candidate profiles and recruitment reports.\n\n Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment activities.\n\n Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.\n\n Learn and apply basic recruitment and talent acquisition practices.\n\nRequirements\n\n Must be an NYSC Corp Member ( Preferably male)\n\n A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline is an advantage.\n\n Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.\n\n Willingness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.\n\n Good organizational and time-management skills.\n\n Ability to work effectively in a team.\n\nLeaning Points:\n\n
