A self-motivated individual who is proficient in collaborating with Business Operations and other stakeholders to deliver quality, high-accuracy data and reporting, drive tasks to completion on time, and support strategic priorities with a focus on team success.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the S&OP process with Business Operations to establish consensus forecasts (including monthly turnover and what-if analysis)\n\nAnalyze variations of multiple data such as sales, consensus, constrained, and management forecasts, sales order coverage. Propose the best scenario to drive the supply chain accordingly on weekly basis following the S&OP deadlines.\n\nProposes weekly requirements (GOP) to meet consensus forecasts in budgets.\n\nDemand management (shipping request) as a key input for the back office to be used with our manufacturing partners such as ODM, OEM, etc.\n\nMaster Data Management, Improved Automation of Supply Chain Tools\n\nSupport for product lifecycle management from NPI to end-of-life, risk reduction.\n\nMonitor and control inventory levels\n\nSupport buffer stock programs (finished goods, ...)\n\nGenerate key business outcomes around customer intimacy (internal and external), understanding market trends, and products.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders (like NPI/SFT/Bus.Ops/CSR/Logistics/Finance) to ensure accurate exchange of business data (like quantity/revenue at planning horizon) during the products lifecycle.\n\nSkills\nMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in operations and supply chain management, Business Planning or +5 years of professional experience as a Demand Planning Analyst\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to understand and develop insights into complex business data (from collection, analysis to outcome)\n\nAttention to detail and a keen sense of urgency and deadlines\n\nA good command of Microsoft Office tools is required (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Excel, AI etc.)\n\nKinaxis Rapid Response knowledge is required\n\nSAP skills are not mandatory but are preferable\n\nApics CPIM or CSCP certifications are an advantage as well as an understanding of Lean principles\n\nComfortable in a remote and international teamwork environment;
