Follow up order delivery schedule, shipping and delivery arrangement\nLiaison with internal stakeholders, factories, suppliers and customers on sales enquiry, material availability and delivery lead time to drive for excellent customer services level\nMaintain system data accuracy and conduct various analysis reports for management review\nParticipate in regular customer and supplier review meetings, providing order status updates and ensuring all required reports are delivered accurately and in a timely manner\nPerform ad-hoc assignments as assigned\nRequirements:\nCandidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any discipline\nAt least 5 years of working experience in Customer Service/Order Processing role\nSolid SAP (PS4/P41) experience is mandatory, proficiency in MS Excel\nSelf-motivated, well-organized, independent and sense of responsibilities\nAble to prioritize tasks with minimum supervision and able to act in a timely manner to prevent customer escalations\nProblem Solving & able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines\nExcellent interpersonal & communication skills\nExperience in working with suppliers in Asia is an added advantage\nAdapt to working in an international environment with multidisciplinary teams\nFluent in English, business read & write, French or Mandarin is a plus \nImmediate available is highly
