You will focus on maintaining the level of quality in the delivery to our customers while also ensuring consistency in accordance with the product specification. This includes generating, reviewing, editing, and delivering the software’s outputs.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform high output quality control and review of 3D data utilizing Maxar proprietary and geospatial software while maintaining quality standards\nDevelop thorough understanding of our 3D product specification and software\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust be a U.S. citizen \nMust meet one of the following:Bachelor's degree in related field or completion of recognized training program in related field + 2 years of experience in a similar position in the geospatial industry\nAssociate’s degree in related field + 3 years of experience in a similar position in the geospatial industry\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position in the geospatial industry\n\nDemonstrated experience mentoring or training\nDemonstrated proficiency performing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a geospatial production environment\nDemonstrated experience reviewing peer work and providing feedback\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPossess critical thinking and problem-solving skills \nBasic knowledge of elevation data types\nExperience reviewing work for adherence to quality and product specification and providing feedback via verbal and written communication\nBasic knowledge of GIS software (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, QT Viewer/Modeler)\nBasic knowledge of mapping or navigation applications (e.g., different coordinate systems, projections, GPS)\nBasic knowledge of Linux platforms\nBasic experience with project tracking software (e.g., Jira, enterprise level ticketing)\nWillingness to learn new technologies and processes \nWilling to work from the Westminster, CO full-time or in a hybrid manner (minimum Tues-Thurs in office).\nWillingness to obtain and maintain high speed internet (>=100mbps) for home\nThe compensation range for this position is 25.50 to 42.50 USD hourly, dependent on skills and experience.\nPay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range.
