This role keeps endpoint devices and meeting technology working reliably through hands-on troubleshooting, coordinated upgrades, and audio-visual support for events at our Westminster office.\nResponsibilities: A day in the life/What the position will be doing:\nProvide end-to-end desktop, laptop, remote desktop, and mobile device support for executives and executive administrators, coordinating and tracking installations, upgrades, hardware, software, operating systems, and configuration issues through resolution.\nTroubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, along with Microsoft applications including Exchange/Outlook, Office, and Visio; Google applications including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.; support Citrix and virtual PC environments.\nAdminister Active Directory accounts, use remote support tools, and resolve or escalate service desk issues as needed.\nImage systems and deploy software through SCCM; set up and tear down computer hardware.\nSupport meetings and live events in the Westminster auditorium by setting up, operating, maintaining, and repairing audio-visual equipment, including Logitech, Crestron, and Biamp products, with support from our AV vendor.\nCreate support documentation where it is absent and train and educate executives and executive administrators.\nProvide rotational on-call support outside business hours, including weekends.\nTravel occasionally to other Vantor offices or offsite events as needed.\nCommunicate professionally in writing and in person and maintain a high level of customer service in all situations.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nU.S. citizenship.\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field; relevant experience may be substituted for education.\nTwo to four years of experience in a technical support role.\nDemonstrated experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 2016 and Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory administration, Citrix, and virtual PC environments, or a combination of these.\nExperience supporting Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom meetings.\nStrong multitasking and time-management skills, with effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to create and present training and collaborate across teams.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting an enterprise environment or executive staff.\nWillingness to obtain a Secret or Top-Secret clearance if not already cleared.\nAbility to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.\nExperience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company.\nExperience with AV products such as Crestron or Logitech.\n------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nExport Control/ITAR: Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws, requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).\nPay transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.
