You will be responsible for creating and maintaining key customer KM systems, working to increase system use, and developing future KM strategy. Our ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, is detail-oriented, service-focused, curious and adaptive. Previous experience working on-site to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC) is highly desirable.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for creating and maintaining knowledge management repositories and tracking office-wide key performance indicators as part of the broader office objectives and key results. This role will also work closely with senior officers within branch and division level leadership.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5 years of experience minimum with bachelor’s degree in information management, or related discipline\nMust have an active TOP SECRET with CI-Poly security clearance. \n5 years minimum experience working in the IC/DoD environments\nExperience tracking CAP initiatives, unfunded requirements (UFR), etc\nExtensive knowledge of SharePoint\nExperience with data visualization tools and implementation for office adoption\nDemonstrated on the job experience briefing heads of departments and agencies\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaintain a KM Institute Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certificate \nExperience designing front-end solutions based on business requirements using tools such as SharePoint\nExtensive knowledge of SharePoint Designer workflows\nExperience developing prompts for super intelligence (SI) tools to generate solutions compromised of workflows, forms and dashboards\nExperience applying process change management principles to plan, communicate, implement, and sustain process changes.\nPay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.
