Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status.\n\nExport Control/ITAR: Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws, requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).\nPlease review the job details below.\nWe are hiring for a Mission Planner, to work in the Longmont, CO office.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor and execute tactical near-term collection strategies, supporting project and service level agreements.\nMonitor data and factory flows from planning, product generation, into layout and delivery.\nPerform necessary ground troubleshooting in accordance with established procedures and collaborate with MOC personnel during anomaly resolution.\nCommunicate effectively with leads, engineers, and other stakeholders when troubleshooting beyond the scope of the existing procedures.\nEscalate operational issues as needed with team management and technical support teams.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust be willing and able to perform 24/7 rotational shift work\nMust be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, geography, remote sensing, GIS, or related field. Four additional years of experience in a related field may be substituted for a degree.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in project and/or task management\nProficiency in Windows and Linux environments\nPreferred Qualifications:\n1+ year of experience with Unix/Linux\n1+ year of experience scripting and database knowledge\nExperience with GIS technology\nExcellent and effective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to prioritize work based upon high-level requirements\nDesire to lead continuous improvement initiatives\nPay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range.
