The role will manage the Personnel Security processing in support of collateral and SCI U.S. Government contracts in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs).\nResponsibilities:\nProvide development and oversight of all aspects of Personnel Security for collateral and SCI programs.\nInterpret and implement government security requirements in support of classified and commercial contracts.\nEngage with DoD and IC government counterparts to ensure compliance with government policy and expectations to ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations.\nContribute to developing improved processes and protocol and implementing new ideas within Vantor’s Personnel Security Program Office.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior Personnel Security teammates.\nInitiate, maintain and terminate personnel security clearances in government databases, such as the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), National Background Investigation Services (NBIS), Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) , Scattered Castles, and TALON/SCT\nReview, respond to, and process all personnel security paperwork for accuracy, completion, and submission.\nParticipate in IC Security Assessments.\nMinimum Requirements:\nCurrent/ Active Top Secret and must be willing to obtain SCI accesses with a Counterintelligence polygraph.\nDemonstrate knowledge of national security policies, to include ICDs, NISPOM, Executive Orders, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and SEADs. \nMinimum of eight years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or six years experience with a Master’s degree. Four additional years of work experience may be substituted for a degree. \nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience with Personnel Security processes and leading a small team.\nExperience processing clearances/access for the national customer, NGA and DoD\nPay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range.
