You’ll connect customer needs and revenue priorities with production activities, coordinating across 3D, Space Operations, customer-facing teams, and other internal stakeholders to keep projects moving and surface risks early.\nResponsibilities\nCommunicate clearly with stakeholders across 3D, Space Operations, customer-facing teams, operational groups, and senior leadership.\nManage communications across Outlook, Teams, Slack, JIRA, JSM, Salesforce, and in-person meetings.\nPerform feasibility analyses and Levels of Effort (LOEs), providing actionable recommendations.\nProcess and track sample and smaller revenue orders, ensuring required documentation is complete.\nSupport customer teams with AOI edits for feasibility, billing, finance, and deal-closure needs.\nSupport large-revenue project reporting, GIS tracking, DDR input, and related 3DPC tasks.\nCreate quality review tickets for revenue projects, 3D Construct reviews, and customer feedback.\nUse Salesforce, 3D JIRA, and JSM to track and follow up on opportunities and project activities.\nLink Product Requests to Build Tasks to track production progress.\nDevelop working knowledge of 3D product specifications, construct export parameters, and customer PPSPEC requirements.\nMaintain current 3DPC documentation and meeting minutes.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nAbility to be in-office in Westminster 3 days per week.\nHave experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or Global Mapper.\nHave experience with enterprise tools such as JIRA, JSM, Salesforce, or SAP.\nNavigate complex, ambiguous situations with limited direction and seek assistance when needed.\nApply both traditional project coordination and Vantor-adapted project management practices.\nDemonstrate strong problem-solving, initiative, judgment, and willingness to learn.\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams, senior leadership, and ELT members.\nEscalate project issues, deadlines, revenue risks, and challenges promptly.\nManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nStay organized through detailed notes, task tracking, and strong follow-through.\nBe assertive, honest, detail-oriented, thorough, and willing to raise concerns or celebrate successes.\nWork collaboratively as a strong team member.\nPay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.
