A primary focus of this role is writing secure, cloud-ready code optimized for a Develop-Low / Deploy-High (L2H) workflow-utilizing established unclassified enterprise development ecosystems to build and test software that will safely promote across accredited cross-domain solutions into high-side, air-gapped operational networks\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Python frameworks.\nBuild and integrate backend services, data pipelines, and enterprise application components.\nCollaborate with systems engineers, data engineers, and UI/UX developers to implement end-to-end solutions.\nDevelop automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes within Agile environments.\nTroubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and integration challenges across distributed systems.\nSupport cloud-native deployments, containerization, and secure software development practices.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.\n2-5 years of experience.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.\nExperience developing applications using Java and Python.\nExperience building RESTful APIs, web services, and backend integrations.\nFamiliarity with relational and NoSQL databases and SQL development.\nExperience with Git, version control systems, and Agile software development methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Spring Boot, Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.\nExperience supporting DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.\nKnowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API gateway technologies.\nSecurity+ certification or familiarity with secure coding and RMF principles.\nExperience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other federal government programs.\nPay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings.
