Mentor / develop a larger group of welding, NDT, FJC and QC team to meet international client requirements and expectations. Support the GMT program as Mentor and Leader.\nManage KPIs of Production Department for Tendering, Welding, Project support activities, QC, NDT, FJC and Fabrication.\nParticipate to meeting and technical events as part of the H.O.D and Welding Technical Authority.\nProvide inputs and participate in monthly meetings, OOU meetings, when required.\nMaintain Production Department’s share drive and Know-how related to Production Department’s activities.\nAdhere to policies, Management System Operating Procedures, and PMCOM of SEB Group, SEB Corporate QHSE, Operating Company, and Department at all times. Involve in improvement of Departmental PMCOM.
