HCM ecosystem.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nSolution Design & Delivery\nLead end-to-end design of SAP Payroll solutions, including:Gross-to-net processing\nSchemas and PCRs\nWage types\nRetroactive accounting\nOff-cycle payroll\nFI/CO postings\n\nOwn and manage all SAP payroll-related customisations, ensuring:Proper documentation\nClear business justification\nAlignment with the ERP architecture roadmap\n\nSuccessFactors Integration\nDesign and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP Payroll integrations using:Standard packaged integrations (PTP replication, CompInfo, cost centre, org assignment)\nCustom middleware (CPI / BTP)\n\nResolve data replication and mapping issues, including:Delta handling\nError monitoring\nReconciliation routines\n\nPartner with the SuccessFactors support team to:Assess data model changes\nAlign business rules\nPrevent payroll disruption\n\nOperations, Governance & Compliance\nGovern monthly, off-cycle, and year-end payroll cycles to ensure:SLA adherence\nAccuracy\nAudit readiness across all pay groups\n\nMaintain statutory and regulatory compliance, including:Income tax\nSocial security\nEPF / SOCSO / EIS\nMaritime levies\nCrew double-taxation treatment\n\nEstablish and enforce:Payroll design standards\nNaming conventions\nTransport governance\nChange-control processes\n\nProject Delivery & Stakeholder Management\nAct as workstream lead or subject matter expert for payroll initiatives\nTranslate business requirements from HR, Finance, Crewing, and Operations into scalable payroll designs\nStrategy & Innovation\nContribute to the ERP / HCM roadmap, including:Employee Central Payroll\nH4S4 Private Cloud\nAutomation initiatives\n\nIdentify and prototype innovations such as:RPA for repetitive payroll tasks\nAI-assisted payroll anomaly detection\nMobile self-service for crew\nPayroll analytics and cost insights\n\nMentor junior consultants and analysts to:Build team capability\nReduce key-person dependency\n\nQUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related discipline.\nRelevant SAP / SuccessFactors certifications are strongly preferred.\nRELEVANT EXPERIENCE\nMinimum 8 years of hands-on SAP HCM / Payroll experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadconsultant capacity.\nAt least 2 full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations as a key contributor or workstream lead.\nDemonstrable experience in crew / maritime payroll within shipping, offshore, or related industries.\nProven track record of delivering and supporting SF Employee Central and SAP Payroll integrations in aproduction environment.\nExperience operating in a regulated, multi-entity, multi-country environment is
