We are a small, senior, fast-moving team, and we operate like the startup we are.\n\nTHE ROLE\nThis is a high-growth seat for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, work on real software with real users, and grow into a core part of the team. You will split your time between internal tools and product work, with real ownership from the start.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL OWN\n– Internal productivity tools for the team and leadership: genuine software with real users and real impact on how the company runs.\n– Features on our core product, built under the Lead AI Engineer's direction.\n– Speed and quality together, using modern AI tooling to build quickly without lowering the bar.\n– Clean documentation of your work, so the team can build on it.\n\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS\n– You have built and shipped software that real people use, through work, internships or serious personal projects, and you can show us.\n– You have solid engineering fundamentals and understand the code you ship, including the code AI tools help you write.\n– You use AI coding tools every week as a normal part of how you build.\n– You take direction well and own outcomes without needing heavy structure.\n\nEXPERIENCE\nAround 1 to 4 years of experience building and shipping software is typical for this seat. Strong internships and serious personal projects count.
