Solutions Engineers bring that to life during the sales cycle.\n\nSolutions Engineers are the bridge between customers, Sales, and Product. What you learn in the field shapes what we build next.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n30 days: Ramp on Vapi’s architecture, build your own voice agents end-to-end, and learn how customers build with our APIs.\n\n60 days: Lead technical discovery, scope integrations with telephony, CRM, and backend systems, and prototype voice agent solutions alongside AEs.\n\n90 days: Own the technical side of strategic enterprise sales cycles and pilots end-to-end with AEs, from first demo through security review and production handoff.\n\nOngoing: Build reusable demos, reference architectures, and documentation. Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.\n\nWho You Are:\n3+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, forward deployed engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.\n\nYou’ve worked at a high-growth company somewhere between Series B and Series F.\n\nYou’re a world-class educator who can explain complex systems to engineers and executives alike.\n\nYou’re hands-on with code.
