Drives compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and support conformity as audited where applicable while driving safety, quality, yield, and productivity improvements across all assigned product families.\nJob Description\nMain Duties\nMain Duties\n\nDelivering assigned project tasks according to agreed commitments.\nDesigns, develops, validates, and improves electrical, electronic, and embedded control systems for new and existing products.\nDesigns for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity, including grounding, shielding, filtering, and PCB layout practices.\nPlans, executes, and documents prototype builds, verification testing, validation activities, and design reviews.\nLeads technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to electrical design issues, customer complaints, and product failures.\nSupports Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Testability (DFT), and Design for Reliability (DFR) initiatives.\nSupports software and firmware development activities related to embedded systems, automation controls, and data acquisition applications.\nEvaluates and integrates new electrical technologies, components, and engineering tools to improve product performance and manufacturing capability.\nDevelops engineering documentation including specifications, design reports, validation protocols and reports, test procedures, work instructions, and technical standards.\nSupports technical customer reviews, product qualification programs, and customer acceptance activities.\nDrives cost reduction, reliability improvement, quality enhancement, and productivity initiatives through engineering solutions and innovation.\nEnsures compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, environmental, and quality requirements.\nConducts technical training and knowledge transfer activities for Engineering, Production, and Technical Support personnel.\nBackground\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems or related engineering discipline.
