Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.Job Description\nYour Role -\n· Collaborate with Production to analyze and improve process parameters for yield, cycle time, quality and continuous improvements.\n· Process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), Gage R&R ,measurement system analysis and Test method validation.\n· Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.\n· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or quality issues.\n· Support Production by establishing best practices and safety protocols.\n· Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.\n· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives\n· Defines acceptance criteria as per the engineering specifications/drawings to setup process and WI to ensure parts meets specifications.\n· Work with suppliers on fixtures and Tooling's requirements to support production\n· Perform basic equipment troubleshooting knowledge.\n· Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing of relevant technical documents, drawings etc..\n· Organizes and conducts meetings with cross functional teams as and when required to solve production issues and project planning.\nGood to Have\n· Documents work/deliverables according to the company standards and ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.\n· Lead and document Process Qualification (PQ) activities for Process Qualification/Validation Builds including:\n· Qualification protocols (PQ)\n· Support daily operations of glass fabrication, including glass lathes, anode sleeve production, and bulb joining.\n· Greenfield Project experience\n· Work experience in Glass Fabrication Lathes -
