Our rich history spans 75+ years of dedication to the imaging industry, but our everyday work is devoted to our partners’ success.\nThe Supplier Quality Engineer will help support existing products by reducing scrap and increase product quality on the production floor. There are always interesting and challenging opportunities in production that require us to work together as a team and leverage each other’s experience.\nRole and Responsibility -\n1.worked in SQE function with hands on experience of handling part development at supplier end independently, through knowledge of QMS process of supplier selection, qualification.\n2. Hands experience of DMF, PFMES, Control plan, PPA process , review them for the part and process for parts we develop at supplier.\n3. Take lead in coordination with Internal team, Engineering, Sourcing , Manufacturing, product quality and supplier (Supplier Functions, Manufacturing, Quality, etc)\n4. Conducts supplier audits, identify the gaps, drive actions at supplier end, report the progress.\n5. Plan and work the supplier defect reduction programs.\n6. Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test for raw materials,\n7. Ensures activities and items are following both company quality assurance standards and\napplicable government regulations\n8. Performs analysis and identifies trends on supplier quality performance based on incoming inspection, support and help suppliers to solve quality issues to eliminate potential risks.\n9. Support and collaborate with global team for audits and quality issues.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 5 years of related mechanical or electrical experience\nWorks on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a\nvariety of factors. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business\nundefined\nBuilds productive internal/external working relationships.
