  • Entwicklung von Leiterplattenlayouts (PCB) für ein breites Kunden- und Technologiespektrum unter Berücksichtigung elektrischer, mechanischer und fertigungstechnischer Anforderungen
  • Durchführung von Layout Reviews zur Sicherstellung von Qualität und Herstellbarkeit
  • Unterstützung interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsteams durch fundiertes PCB-Know-how
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Layout-Bibliotheken sowie Definition von Designrichtlinien
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektronik sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in ECAD-Tools (z. B. Altium Designer)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Industrialisierung komplexer PCB-Layouts (z. B. HDI, Micro-/Buried-Vias, Rigid-Flex, Leistungselektronik)
  • Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung bzw. im Engineering-Umfeld
  • Strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsteams
  • Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (80-100 %) möglich
  • Flache Hierarchien, direkte Kommunikation sowie eine Unternehmenskultur geprägt von Integrität, Mut und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Entscheidungen effizient getroffen werden und Momentum nicht durch lange Freigabeprozesse verloren geht
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen, Kollegen und Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Ländern, Branchen und Perspektiven
