This role requires someone who can convert functional specifications, wireframes, business requirements, and AI-assisted outputs into reliable, production-ready software.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Django, Django REST Framework, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\n- Build clean, scalable, and secure REST APIs for enterprise web applications.\n\n- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular.\n\n- Translate business requirements, functional specifications, UI wireframes, and API specifications into working application features.\n\n- Work with AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, generate code scaffolding, validate logic, and accelerate implementation.\n\n- Follow specification-driven development practices by aligning implementation with detailed requirements, schemas, API contracts, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality features.\n\n- Write reusable, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and design patterns.\n\n- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews.\n\n- Optimize application performance, API response times, database queries, and frontend rendering.\n\n- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.\n\n- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, technical discussions, and release activities.\n\n- Support deployment, production issue analysis, and bug fixes when required.\n\n- Maintain proper technical documentation for APIs, workflows, implementation logic, and configuration changes.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 4 - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.\n\n- Experience with Django REST Framework or similar API development frameworks.\n\n- Strong frontend development experience using Angular.\n\n- Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular Material, or similar UI libraries.\n\n- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.\n\n- Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL.\n\n- Good understanding of ORM concepts, database design, indexing, and query optimization.\n\n- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, or session-based authentication.\n\n- Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review processes.\n\n- Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodology, and CI/CD basics.\n\n- Ability to understand detailed business requirements, API specifications, data schemas, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Practical exposure to AI-driven development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.\n\n- Understanding of specification-driven development, including API-first design, contract-based development, and documentation-led implementation.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\n- Experience with Docker, containerized deployments, or Kubernetes basics.\n\n- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.\n\n- Experience with background jobs, message queues, Celery, Redis, or similar tools.\n\n- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, AI agents, document processing, recommendation engines, or workflow automation.\n\n- Experience working with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.\n\n- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest, Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.\n\n- Experience with performance tuning, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.\n\n- Exposure to enterprise-grade security practices, data masking, encryption, and secure API development.\n\nAI-Driven and Spec-Driven Development Expectations :\n\nThe candidate should be comfortable working in a modern engineering environment where AI tools and detailed specifications are used to improve development quality and speed.
