This role creates demand plans across an 18-month horizon, incorporating historical sales, pipeline insights, and growth initiatives to inform inventory, materials, capacity, and financial planning.\nThe Demand Planner plays a key role in translating market signals into actionable plans and providing visibility to stakeholders through reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.\nDevelop and maintaindemand plans across an 18-month horizon for Licensed and Private Label products, incorporating historical sales, customer pipeline, seasonality, product strategies, and strategic growth initiatives\n\nTranslate demand signals into clear inputs for inventory planning, materials planning, capacity planning, and financial planning processes\n\nAnalyze actual sales performance against demand forecasts and financial plans; identifytrends, risks, opportunities, and gaps; and develop recommendations to drive improvements in plan adherence\n\nTest assumptions, evaluate forecasting errors, and continuously refine methodologies to improve accuracy and planning effectiveness\n\nFacilitate regular cross-functional demand and pipeline reviews, aligning forecasting assumptions and incorporating product and sales strategies, lifecycle changes, new product introductions, demand trends, and other business inputs into the demand plan\n\nCreate and share reports and presentations to inform leadership about plans and results\n\nSupport the S&OP process with demand planning inputs that drive cross-functional alignment\n\nContribute to planning-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES\nStrong understanding of demand planning concepts, forecasting methodologies, and business drivers\n\nCollaborative mindset - inclined to include cross-functional partners and keep them informed\n\nStrong analytical rigor, critical thinking, and attention to detail\n\nAbility to synthesize multiple data inputs into a cohesive demand plan\n\nAdvanced proficiencyin Microsoft Excel; experience with planning tools such as Anaplan preferred\n\nStrong communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations\n\nBusiness acumen and understanding of how demand planning impacts financial and operational outcomes\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving inputs and ambiguity\n\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing forecast accuracy and planning processes\n\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field\n\n2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related analytical roles\n\nExperience supporting or contributing to S&OP or cross-functional planning processes\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights\n\nExperience forecasting new products and working with limited historical data is a plus\n\nPhysical Demands and/or Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
