You’ll handle gathering the designs, loading them into the machine, ensuring proper placement of design, hooping, and thread colors, and producing a quality finished product. The person in this role will be pivotal in setting the pace for our embroidery process and ensuring we deliver product on time to our customers.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO \nOperate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery - no previous experience on the machines needed to apply\nWork with area Supervisor and team leads on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity\nExecute the daily schedule, including pre-production and post-production needs\nInspect all products for accuracy of order specifications\nTrouble shoot any issues with machines as needed\nAlways keep a clean and safe work environment\nQUALIFICATIONS \nHigh energy, great attitude, and aptitude for leadership\nGreat attention to detail and organization skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office\nAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environment\nAbility to multi-task and solve problems\nAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance\nRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.\nCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.\nParticipate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.\nLearn tasks quickly, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance. \nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE \nPrevious warehouse experience is a bonus\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
