Leveraging your expertise, you will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of production and warehouse operations.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nPerform preventive maintenance and conduct inspections on a wide range of manufacturing equipment, conveyor systems, and machinery.\n\nDiagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.\n\nDevelop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance.\n\nSupport facility maintenance, including building repairs, plumbing, lighting, and other infrastructure components.\n\nImplement and optimize preventive maintenance schedules for the facility to ensure a safe and well-maintained working environment.\n\nLead the troubleshooting efforts for equipment and system malfunctions, employing advanced diagnostic techniques.\n\nConduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.\n\nCollaborate with maintenance team members, production staff, and other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs efficiently.\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to entry-level technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.\n\nMaintain comprehensive and accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance metrics.\n\nGenerate reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and recommended improvements for management review.\n\nSupport the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components and optimizing inventory levels to reduce downtime.\n\nWork with procurement to identify and source necessary parts and materials.\n\nEnforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations, actively promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.\n\nParticipate in safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nGreat attention to detail and organization skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.\n\nAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environment.\n\nAbility to multi-task and problem solve.\n\nAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance.\n\nRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.\n\nParticipate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.\n\nLearn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.\n\nAbility to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers.\n\nEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training preferred.\n\nProven experience in maintenance roles within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.\n\nProficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.\n\nMust be able to work independently with little supervision, or as part of a team.\n\nProficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\n\nRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.\n\nParticipate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
