Our company mission is simple: Save coaches and administrators time with everything they do off the field so they have more time to impact young lives on it.\nWORK TYPE: Onsite\nLOCATION DETAILS:\n5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268\nWORK HOURS:\nMonday - Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pm\nMandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.\n\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nAs a Screen Print Operator, this role is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of a press machine. The Screen Print Operator responds to work orders, set up, operates, troubleshoots press and performs direct physical activity to complete work order in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO \nScreen Print Operators ensure that each athlete we serve looks their best and competes with confidence. General responsibilities include:\nReview work orders, observe specifications and any special notes and prepare work area to print multi-color work on garments\n\nEnsure that the machine and work area is cleaned during shift and before shift ends, including disposing all trash and plastic bags, cleaning ink spills, all used screens and squeegees by scraping off excess ink and putting objects in the proper area.\n\nMaintenance of the machine includes ensuring that the press is kept clean and wiped down with press wash at least once per week\n\nUtilize all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of their peers\n\nQUALIFICATIONS \nGreat attention to detail and organization skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office\n\nAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environment\n\nAbility to multi-task and problem-solve\n\nAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance\n\nRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding\n\nParticipate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English\n\nExhibits quick learning, be detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance\n\nPossess the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors and able to identify a variety of quality issues\n\nEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE\nHS Diploma or GED (required)\n\nPrevious warehouse experience is a bonus\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus\n\nPreference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.\n\nAt least 2-3 years of continued work experience\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis.
