This role will provide relevant data-driven insights that help the business make better decisions, address key challenges and concerns, and uncover new opportunities for growth. There will be an opportunity to grow your career as you collaborate with and present to senior and operational leaders across Varsity Spirit.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nDevelopfinancial, strategic, pricing, forecasting, and operational models\nAnalyze large and/or complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities \nTranslate analysis into clear recommendations and business actions\nPartner directly with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and other functions\nBuilddashboards and recurring reporting while continuously improving/automating them \nPresent findings to senior and operational leaders\nValidate data and maintain analytical quality/control standards\nManage multiple projects and priorities independently\nSupport ad hoc strategic analysis and executive decision-making\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nProficient to strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI\nExcellent problem solving and analytical capabilities\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nDemonstrated attention to detail and time management \nEnjoyment of continuous learning and personal development! \nEducation, Certification and Experience\n3-5years of advanced analytical experience required; preferably in areas such as consulting, analytics, or finance\nBachelor’s Degree in business, economics, marketing, computer science, or related field required\nPhysical Demands and/or Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nThis job operates in a professional office environment.
