Our company mission is simple: Save coaches and administrators time with everything they do off the field so they have more time to impact young lives on it.\nJob Description\nWORK TYPE: Onsite\nLOCATION DETAILS:\n5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268\nWORK HOURS:\nMonday - Friday; 2:30pm - 11:00pm\nMandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.\n\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nAs a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Associate is a critical role within our warehouse department, and the Inventory Control department is responsible for making sure all inventory is accounted for accurately and placed in the most efficient locations for the Distribution Center's flow.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nWarehouse Specialists ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Inventory Control or Carousel Picking. General responsibilities include:\nReceiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders\n\nPacking, folding, and arranging garments\n\nScanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system\n\nResearching and correcting displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, performing replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolving inventory and order discrepancies\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh energy, great attitude, and aptitude for leadership\n\nGreat attention to detail and organization skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office\n\nAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environment\n\nAbility to multi-task and problem-solve\n\nAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance\n\nAbility to effectively communicate and comprehend in English\n\nLearn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance\n\nAbility to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers\n\nEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE\nPrevious warehouse experience is a plus\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus\n\nAt least 2-3 years of continued work experience\n\nSAP experience is strongly preferred\n\nMust be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist. Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen.
