Our company mission is simple: Save coaches and administrators time with everything they do off the field so they have more time to impact young lives on it.\nJob Description\nWORK TYPE: Onsite\nLOCATION DETAILS:\n5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268\nWORK HOURS:\n9:30pm - 6:00am Monday - Friday\nMandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.\n\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\nAs a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Associate plays a critical role making sure all inventory is accounted for and placed in the most efficient locations for optimizing our distribution flow. You’ll make sure products are physically and systematically in best location. This role is key to an efficient and effective operation by ensuring inventory is accurately managed.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nAccurately manage and control inventory by checking, correcting, and resolving discrepancies in counts\n\nStrategically map, organize, and replenish product to support picking needs\n\nDevelop processes for loss mitigation\n\nPartner with Sales teams to problem solve when inventory issues arise\n\nContinue to improve processes ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nKNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES\nGreat attention to detail and organization skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.\n\nAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environment.\n\nAbility to multi-task and problem solve.\n\nAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance.\n\nRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.\n\nParticipate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.\n\nLearn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.\n\nAbility to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers.\n\nEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE\nSAP Experience is a bonus\n\nPrior lift experience\n\nPrior RF Scan Gun experience is a bonus\n\nPrior inventory control experience is a bonus\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
