You’ll work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. General responsibilities include:\nCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.\nParticipate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.\nGreat attention to detail and organization skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office\nAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environment\nAbility to multi-task and solve problems\nLearn tasks quickly, accurately, driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.\nAbility to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nResponsible for pulling orders and preparing them for shipment.\nHandle all shipping and receiving duties including unloading trucks to receive inbound shipments and preparing outbound shipments.\nMaintain clean and safe work area.\nPerform computer functions to systematically quality check, transfer, and pack each order in the system, as well as ordering replacement units, screens, or transfers when needed by production.\nAbility to understand and follow production process required\nFollow safe work practices including but not limited to proper use of machinery (identifying moving parts) and cleanliness (work area and machinery).\nReadiness to perform other job functions or relocate to another department based on lack of workflow or departmental need.\nPositive attitude and the ability to work with others in a team environment\nFlexibility regarding work schedule based on workflow demand.\nReceiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders.\nPack, fold, and arrange garments.\nScanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system.\nResearch and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolve inventory and order discrepancies.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nKNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES\n1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting\nBasic blueprint reading skills.\nModerate understanding of quality control standards and techniques.\n2 years in-depth SAP experience\nLearning tasks quickly is detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.\nRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as a team.\nAbility to multi-task and work efficiently.\nStrong time management and attention to timelines.\nEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE\nHS Diploma or GED (required)\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus\nProficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel\nOperational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
