driving sales of VAST Data's groundbreaking data platform product\n- This role requires exceptional evangelism skills, deep understanding of the database industry landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets\n- Strong consultative selling, evangelism, presentation, and negotiation skills\n- Experience with AI, analytics modernization, or large-scale data transformation initiatives preferred\n- Familiarity with modern analytics and AI ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, Confluent, ClickHouse, Elastic, MongoDB, Redis, Spark, Iceberg, or similar technologies\n- Proven success navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple technical and executive stakeholders\n- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments\n- Strong technical understanding of modern data and AI architectures, including distributed databases, data lakes/lakehouses, AI/ML pipelines, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance storage\n- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)\n- Willingness to travel as needed\n- Ability to engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data
