This role is central to shipping reliable, high-performance software for a complex, always-on platform. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to define quality standards, catch issues early, and help deliver confident releases.\nThis role is onsite 5 days a week in our Los Angeles (Westwood) office.\nWhat You'll Do\nExecute manual, exploratory, and regression testing for web apps and backend services\n\nMaintain and expand test plans for existing and upcoming features\n\nDesign high-signal test cases and build/extend automation where it matters most\n\nValidate requirements and ensure releases are stable and defect-free\n\nInvestigate failures, identify root causes, and file clear, actionable tickets\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering on acceptance criteria and release readiness\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years hands-on testing of web applications\n\nStrong knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools\n\nExperience with writing test plans and test cases for assigned features\n\nExperience with test automation\n\nKeen eye for detail\n\nNice to Have\nPassionate about the future of AI\n\nAPI testing with Postman/Newman or similar\n\nProficient with Linux\n\nExperience with load testing tools\n\nBenefits\nWork 5 days a week
