1\nLocation: Head Office\nClosing date: 31-Oct-2026\nJOB DESCRIPTION \n\nJOB TITLE : Data Analyst \n\nREPORT TO: Head of Digital Banking \n\nOVERALL PURPOSE: \n\nThe Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support \n\nbusiness decision-making, product performance monitoring, and operational improvements. \n\nThe role works closely with business units to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven \n\ninsights that enhance business performance, identify opportunities, and support the \n\nachievement of the Bank’s strategic objectives. \n\nRESPONSIBILITIES: \n\n Prepare, analyze, and maintain regular business and management reports to support \n\ndecision-making. \n\n Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and data visualization tools using \n\napproved reporting platforms. \n\n Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, \n\ncompleteness, and consistency. \n\n Monitor product, customer, and business performance trends and provide actionable \n\ninsights to stakeholders. \n\n Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support business initiatives and \n\nproduct enhancements. \n\n Assist in identifying business opportunities, operational gaps, and process improvement \n\nrecommendations through data analysis. \n\n Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver \n\nappropriate analytical solutions. \n\n Support data quality control, reconciliation, and governance activities to ensure data \n\nintegrity. \n\n Prepare presentations and analytical reports for management meetings, business reviews, \n\nand strategic discussions. \n\n Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, information security, and \n\nconfidentiality requirements. \n\n Other tasks will be assigned by management. \n\nREQUIREMENTS: \n\n Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, \n\nBusiness Analytics, or a related field.\n\n Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, or a \n\nrelated field. \n\n Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles. \n\n Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL. \n\n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. \n\n Good communication and presentation skills. \n\n High attention to detail and accuracy. \n\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. \n\n Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer. \n\n Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is an advantage. \n\n Knowledge of Python, data visualization tools, and dashboard development is an advantage. \n\nHOW
