This is a dynamic role where you get to work with everything from coordination and planning to stakeholder management and campaign execution in an international, friendly and growth-oriented environment.\nAbout the role\nAs Junior Brand Project Manager, you will enable the planning and delivery of brand and communication activities that strengthen the Vattenfall brand and ensure high-quality execution across markets. You will support in several brand and marketing communication initiatives while simultaneously having ownership of your own projects\nYou will work closely with colleagues in the Group Brand team, other Communication teams and business areas, as well as external agencies. We work internationally across the Swedish, Finnish, Dutch and German markets.\nWhat you will do:\nProject & campaign coordination: Help manage timelines, deliverables, budgets and project plans. Coordinate meetings and communication across teams and partners to bring alignment between strategy, creative development and execution.\n\nAgency collaboration: Coordination and contact with external agencies - making sure briefs, feedback and approvals are clear and well-structured.\n\nActivation and implementation: Support delivery of brand activations across channels and markets, ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently and securing a smooth rollout of campaigns and initiatives\n\nTracking of results & insights: Gathering insights and track results of projects and initiatives, translating outcomes into clear summaries and recommendations. Tracking project progress and creating concise material for decision making and monitoring by executive management.\n\n You don't need to know everything from day one. You have a knack for creating structure and keeping both details and the bigger picture in mind.\nWe believe you bring 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communication or agency environment where you've obtained:\nUnderstanding of brand building and insight-driven marketing communication\n\nExperience of campaign work: the process for executing marketing campaigns from planning to delivery\n\nExperience of leading or coordinating projects\n\nGood MS Office skills\n\nBasic knowledge and experience using AI tools to support project coordination, content development, planning, and everyday ways of working along with a curiosity about best-practice developments within AI and digital tools.\n\nAdditionally, you have a university degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field as necessary along with fluency in English and basic Swedish skills.\nIt's an advantage if you also have:\nKnowledge of German and/or Dutch as we work across several markets.\n\nExperience working across teams and with creative agencies in international or multi-market environments.\n\n Our Offer\nAs a Junior Brand Project Manager you will be a brand ambassador from day one.
