We develop, construct and operate wind generation and we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.\n Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the position as Project Manager in Regional Support Nordic, responsible for providing standardized site support to our the wind farms in the Nordic Region, from the O&M location in Esbjerg.\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for documentation and one point of contact on all internal centrally driven project activities coming from support functions e.g., engineering, technical support etc. towards sites. The Project Manager must ensure that they are effectively integrated, delivery is coordinated, and execution is supported on site, focusing on the safe and efficient delivery of offshore operations.\nThe Project Manager can be responsible for:\nRegional project activities, i.e. WTG planned maintenance and minor corrective activities.\nResponsible to realize portfolio synergies.\nProject execution and third parties, with special focus on the safe and efficient delivery on offshore operations.\nOn site project management, ensuring that centrally driven projects are effectively integrated on site.\nDeliver service packages to site coordinating i.e. planning, spare parts and documentation.\nManage key interfaces between site and Central Support functions\nManage and create the site-specific documentation (RAMS etc.)\nCollate and review service reports from contractors/third-parties on site.\nLiaise with contractors/third parties to ensure that the requested skills/training/competences etc. are understood prior to their arrival on site.\n A degree in engineering (marine, electrical, mechanical etc.) or experienced wind turbine technician or other technical education \nExperience within Project Management, Document Creation, Stakeholder Management etc.\nPreferable have relevant work experience e.g. from the wind business, power generation or Operation & Maintenance in a related field\nStrong drive and business mind set\nGood communication, cooperation and organizational skills\nFluent in Danish and English, written and spoken\n You will work in an open, agile and modern environment and collaborating with great colleagues who support each other.
