This role combines direct content execution, team leadership, and workflow coordination. The Content Manager will manage incoming requests, coordinate team assignments, and personally complete content updates, including content uploads, data changes, and map updates, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a steady flow of detailed tasks in a ticket-based environment. They bring excellent customer service and communication skills, work effectively with a small, dedicated content team and key stakeholders, and serve as the team's primary point of accountability for day-to-day operations.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail and an obsession with quality, experience with high-visibility sites or projects, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
