VaynerMedia is part of the VaynerX family of companies.\nAssociate Director, Recruitment\nManages and owns full life cycle recruiting: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring \n\nBalance and prioritize multiple roles at once while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy candidate pool across positions\n\nManage hiring efforts for positions across various VaynerX locations \n\nWork closely with Hiring Managers to navigate seamlessly through the hiring process and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical requirements of each role\n\nPartner with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires\n\nCollaborate across VaynerX’s Talent team to support process improvements and share knowledge\n\nCreate innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and build candidate pipelines that align with recruitment goals\n\nAdapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by formulating plans to fill new roles quickly and assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search\n\nDevelop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs\n\nManage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.\n\nBuild talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX\n\nPlay a crucial role in shaping VaynerX’s future by making recommendations on employment brand strategy.\n\nRequired Skills/Experience:\n5 - 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.\n\nDemonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with company values\n\nFamiliarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and other workforce systems\n\nPassionate about building and supporting diverse & inclusive teams and cultures\n\nExperience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment\n\nAn empathetic approach to building relationships based in trust and transparency with candidates and hiring managers\n\nUnsure if you meet the qualifications?
