We are currently accepting applications for the next residency class with a January 2027 start date. \nResponsibilities: \nOngoing monitoring of brand social channels & relevant online conversations looking for highest impact opportunities to engage (including proactive identification of conversations & communities strategically and creatively relevant for the brand)\nContinuous active listening on brands currently tracking every follower interaction: comments, responses, DM’s\nAnalyze brand and cultural trends for consideration of creative team\nBring insight on a subject-matter and specific subculture. \nWilling to go beyond basic tracking to analyzing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations \nUse third party tools to manage brand’s pages\nFollow proper escalation systems, as needed, for fans with negative feedback.\nSeek opportunities to insert the brand in social conversation, whether around relevant trending topics/news or engaging with social influencers/celebrities/other brands\nRequirements: \nA keen interest in marketing.\nConsider oneself a Social Media “know it all” and has experience working across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.\nCan combine creativity and analytics with the ability to convert into a story\nInnate curiosity and ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc. \nAny experience using the following social listening tools a plus but not mandatory\nBrandwatch/Crimson Hexagon\nTweetDeck\nAny experience putting together presentations in written form using google slides\nStrong writing and verbal skills.\nWORK SCHEDULE:\nThis is a hybrid role with a required 3-4 days on-site from our NYC HY office.\nYou must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.\nCompensation:\nUSD $20 Hourly / USD $30 Hourly (Overtime)\nTo be eligible for consideration, all candidates must be able to start employment with the Company on the start date of the residency program.
